I'm a Mystery Shopper

I'm a Mystery Shopper. Just like you, I stroll in stores, parlours and institutions, moving around all day long. I ceaselessly purchase or order something. Unlike you, I can be in many places at the same time.

I can turn into whoever I like. At times, I'm a serious bank client, at other times - a careless teenager in a clothing store.

I buy, order, ask for advice, and watch whether the person attending to me knows enough about the things he or she sells.

You won't recognise me. I'm no different than other clients. I'm a patient, good-natured and pleasant person, and I won't scare you away.

However I do so not in vain. I am all eyes about the quality of customer service provided to me by salespersons and other employees. Should any employee act less than appropriately, I will notify those who want to know this.
