what does a mystery shopper do?

A mystery shopper must in the most natural manner possible pretend to be a typical company client and achieve the objectives set out for a concrete visit. These objectives will vary depending on the concrete needs of the client. Therefore, a good mystery shopper is a person who can obtain all information that is necessary to the client ordering an investigation without betraying the real purpose of the visit.

For instance, we received a task from a shoe company "X" to investigate how the clients are attended to in their shoe stores.

Your task would be:

1. To carefully review all training materials provided prior to the visiting of a store;
2. To visit a concrete shoe store, and to imitate a client in search of a pair of shoes in accordance with the scenario specified in the training materials;
3. To enter information obtained during the visit in a specially prepared questionnaire on the same day you visit the store, and send it to us.
