Mystery shoppers, just like actors, are diverse people. Since we all are clients, the age, gender, education or place of residence of a person is not an obstacle to becoming a mystery shopper. Your personality traits will determine what tasks you are most appropriate for.
However, not unlike actors, mystery shoppers need to have excellent communication, observation and acting skills. You must be prepared to patiently learn the trade of the mystery shopper. SPECT requires its employees to continuously upgrade their qualification and assists them in doing so. You must be prepared to act in front of camera, to memorise a great amount of details, to prove that you do not flounder in an unexpected situation and that you can expediently find an appropriate solution.
Mystery shopping services began to be provided in Lithuania only in 2000. Meanwhile, for companies abroad, the ordering of MS services is becoming a standard procedure. Undoubtedly this profession will also become popular in Lithuania. Therefore, you have a chance to become one of the few professional mystery shoppers.
